Were any breast implants done under the muscle 18 years ago?
On a thin woman (5'6", 125 LBS) how much depth of skin, adipose etc might overly an over the muscle implant in the area from the medial border of the sternum to about 1 inch lateral of the sternum at the minimum- 1/2 inch, 1/4 inch, 1/8 inch?
Can an over the muscle implant flatten out at all and part of the sack migrates into the sternal area without being noticeable?
