Is the worth it to stroke the interviewers views about the current health care system and ask how his/her school plans to meet the challenges that lie ahead in health care reform?

more general: should we avoid taboo topics, and give a more vanilla response if the interview asks a polarizing question? I have strong views about what i think would be a better health care system but I really dont want to kill my chances if it turns out the interview doesnt accept my views.

or should i save this topic and ask it later if im actually accepted to the school? 😉

Haha but seriously - no this is probably a bad idea, first off you aren't the interviewer, you are being interviewed, so let them steer the topics unless you need to point out/explain a specific feature of your application.

If they do ask they probably are looking more at how well you understand the system and proposed changes etc. So try to demonstrate that you can follow the debate/system.
