I was hoping someone can help explain the mechanims why which bromocriptine causes orthostatic hypotension. Thanks!

Nevermind, I found it. It can be explained by presynaptic inhibition of norepinephrine release by dopamine agonists, leading to a decrease in sympathetic tone.
