Acutely for patients in shock...phenylephrine...dopamine...epinephrine...norepinephrine...dobutamine...

Otherwise, there is usually an underlying problem they'd want to correct...then maybe midodrine or florinef...

Before anything else, make sure they aren't dry! Iv fluids and lots of them...

does the midodrine work after taking first tablet or require continuous treatment to notice the effect?
