Brown SOM increasing class size for AMCAS students?

I checked the MSAR and it says "Est. New Entrants: 144", up from 120 the year before, while the special programs entrants is the same as the year before at 55. Does this mean Brown is increasing the total class size and total spots for AMCAS track applicants? Can anyone confirm this?
