p147 - #1 choice B should be right side, not left
p158 - the answer to 7 is C, not E
p166 - #7 should read "component of the middle ear" not inner
p184 - "major" petrosal nerve is not exactly wrong, but everyone calls it the "greater" petrosal nerve so i would change it
p230-1 - reference to figure 17-5 should be with section V on p230, not section VI on p231
There are probably many more errors but I have not gone through the entire book. Please add your findings!
