Is BRS Pathology too detailed/thick for board review?

No, not at all. Pathology is too tough of a subject to be put in a thinner book. Plus the pages in BRS format have lots of empty spaces and fewer words than a regular text book. I love my BRS pathology.

Thinner than Robbins is thin enough for me.
