Is there a significant difference between the 6th edition and the 4th or 5th edition? Also, is there a lot in big Costanzo that is relevant and not in BRS?

I don't have the 6th edition but i have used both 4th and 5th and there was nothing significantly different between the two. All the same just some more color and better organization if anything. I would jsut stick to the 5th edition. As for costanzo, theres quite a few info in that book. But coupled with qbanks and brs phsyio you really don't need the costanzo book for step 1 review. good luck

Likely minimal changes for lucrative purposes.

I'm prepping for 2CK and the second edition of SECRETS is practically identical to the fourth edition (let alone the third).

The only resource you should really stay up to date on is FA. And even one year off with FA won't kill you.
