B’s in some pre req classes

Hey everyone!

I’m currently retaking some prerequisite classes to boost my GPA since I received rejection letters last year the first time I applied. So far I have 3 A’s and plan on finishing up 3 more classes. I have B’s in some of my classes and I was wondering is it wise to retake classes with B’s?

cGPA before retakes: 2.68 PTCAS gpa
Observation hours: 225 (Outpatient, Inpatient, sports medicine, senior living homes (geriatrics), currently working as rehab tech in sports medicine/outpatient orthopedics
Extracurriculars: member of physical therapy society, camp counselor for transfer students at Texas A&M, recruitment committee member for ARC, photography club, volunteered in local food banks and senior living homes

Applied last year: 5 schools out of state
Rejected: all of them ☹️

A 2.68 GPA wasn’t the result of a couple of B’s. Take care of those C’s/D’s and then calculate your projected GPA upon success

No the cGPA was without retakes. And I’m currently retaking classes I got C’s in.
Thank you very much for your input. It’s been a difficult ride but I know there’s a light in the tunnel soon.

You’ll do fine. Just ace those classes you got a C in, re-doing B’s is a bit much. Best of luck!
