Hello All,

I am an HS Jr and new in this community. Below are my Stats.Can someone suggest if this is strong to apply or go with the traditional route of Undergrad?
My GPA seems weak to apply for BS/MD programs.

3.8 GPA
Approx 1000 hrs of Research-3yrs
100 hrs of Volunteer work in an Uninsured clinic-1.5yrs
80 hrs of Volunteer work in Hospice care-1.5yrs
60hrs of Shadowing(Various disciplines)-1.5yrs
Ran a Summer camp for 2 summers(approx 80 hrs) for Middle school Girls(To empower Girls in STEM)
Ran a Panel discussion(successful women in Engineering, Research)(Women in color to empower Girls in STEM)
Worked in school café as Part-time(2 yrs), Served in Executive position in Jr year
Participated in Robotics for a season(raised $2500 from the business side)
Worked in school IT-Part-time (1 summer around 40 hrs)
Finishing Indian Dance certification(4 yrs course)- 4 yrs of HS
