It could be possible if you schedule things well... but I've noticed there aren't nearly as many offerings in the summer as there are in Fall and Spring, many HP&M classes are non-summer, so I think it would depend on what courses interest you most and when they are available. My advice is take a look at the MPH HP&M Concentrator's Guide (http://sph.bu.edu/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=71&Itemid=99) and try and plan an ideal sample schedule for yourself to see if it's possible.
