This is for the Boston university secondary...what the hell am i supposed to write about. Especially since i have talked about all my EC's in my amcas app.

It's been discussed ad nauseam, if you would have taken the time to search.

This essay is optional. Unless you've had a disruption in your education (like taking a year off, or time between high school and college), it isn't necessary to fill out. They won't fault you for it.

Numerous individuals have called the admissions office and have been told that it isn't a required essay.

It's optional. Unless you having something extremely unique to say, whats a better narrative/timeline of your educational history than your AMCAS? I left it blank and I got an interview.

Try "educational timeline" or "educational narrative" (without quotes).
