BU Secondary problem with picture

When I try to upload a photo onto the BU secondary, it will not upload. Anyone else have this problem? Any suggestions? So frustrating....

It wouldn't work for me either. I just ended up sending the pic via snail mail the other day.

I had that problem initially. If you'll look it has dimension requirements. It has to be 400x600 pixels or something. Make sure it's big enough and also make sure it's the right format. I just changed mine to a higher quality picture so it would meet the requirement and it worked fine.

I called them today and they said they've been having technical problems with it. They said they are trying to fix it, and it should be ok by the end of today or tomorrow. They are also having trouble with submitting. You can just mail the pic- the cover sheet doesn't DL but you can mail a pic with a separate sheet of paper with name and AMCAS ID #.
