Hi all. I'm wondering how many OT students out there are feeling overwhelmed and burned out with all the stress and work load thus far? My situation may be a little more unique than some, but I hope so of you can relate. I'm not a traditional student, I actually am a second year student in a part-time weekend master's level OT program that meets alternating weekends and I work 25 hours during the week. Between work and school work (after coming home from work), I have little free time and can't even manage to fit in time to go to the gym or take up any hobbies at the end of the day. I'm feeling physically and mentally exhausted and drained. Even though there's only two weeks to go before Christmas break (hallelujah!), I'm wondering if anyone else is feeling stressed and overwhelmed? How do you manage your schedule and set aside time for yourself? Any suggestions would be really helpful!

I guess lately I have felt like my biggest stress relievers are hanging out with friends in the therapy program that understand how strenuous and taxing OT school is. I have been feeling burnt out lately as well, but we are almost there, and we will be there before we know it!
