Midway through a boozy discussion last weekend, I realized I didn't know the scientific implications of either candidates stem cell research policies. So without a huge freaking argument, can anybody point me to an artical in the biomedical research press that specifically describes both Bush and Kerry's stem cell policies and what they mean to the research community in the United States?

Science has got a free one here about the candidates' general views on science ... I'm sure stem cells are discussed in there somewhere.
