Buying a House in MN

Just matched in MN and am looking to buy house before June. Anyone have any experience with being able to secure a doctor's loan in MN? The two programs I have contacted thus far do not offer services in MN. Would likely need 100% financing. My credit score is >750 if that makes any difference. Any advice? Thanks in advance.
