Any members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints attend LUCOM? I ask because I get the impression that they may be pretty discriminatory against members of our faith.
They take BYU students. My old anatomy TA went there. Don't go to LUCOM, you can do better.
I can't recommend LUCOM, period.
: I have a profound distaste for the politics of their parent organization; they’re disingenuous about whether their strict lifestyle rules apply to medical students (they do); and their Faculty make blatant attempts to twist facts to match their theology. In the midst of the COVID19 pandemic, Liberty president Jerry Falwell Jr insisted that the campus stay open! This was in violation of state law.Why is that? What makes it so bad?
Why should I not go? What do you know?
Just saw this:

A Dozen Sick After Students Return to Liberty University
"As Liberty University’s spring break was drawing to a close this month, Jerry Falwell Jr., its president, spoke with the physician who runs Liberty’s student health service about the rampaging coronavirus," the New York Timespoliticalwire.com

Sounds like a reasonable leadership there.
Sarcasm doesn't travel well over the electrons. Then go, good luck.
