C-II regulations in West Virginia and Ohio

Does anyone know if there are C-II prescription regulations for West Virginia and Ohio? Like, specific colored rx pads or DEA numbers for the docs?

I'm pretty sure all C-IIs are suppossed to have DEA numbers on them regardless of the state. In WV, there are no rules about pad colors or a specific type of C-II pad.

I'm not sure about Ohio.

Please don't bring any forged scripts to me now....
