A regular patient brought in a Rx for C-II substance and MD office address is listed as a PO Box. Are there any requirements from the board of pharmacy that states the address must be the address where MD practices or is a PO Box acceptable?
This one is annoying because the DEA requires physical address for registration and security printers should not accept a P.O. box as an address, although the requirement is to verify against the address of record for DEA registration or license of the governing board. If you asked the board of pharmacy, they would probably say no.
