hii everybody

i just have a question regarding transcripts...

i already got my dental school transcripts evaluated from ECE...Do i still need to send transcript matching form signed from dental school to ECE or CAAPID ?? Is it not sufficient to order and send an official ECE report directly from ECE ???
is everybody getting the transcript matching form signed with seal from the dental school they attended ?? isnt it difficult to get it back frm india ??

its in the section where u fill in the name of the dental school from which u graduated.......

u must and should send transcript matching form. u can ckech in application status , whether ur application is complete or not.caapid doest any confirmation regarding completion of ur application to ur mail

If I submit my transcript matching form to caapid along with my ECE report, is it enough? Or do I need to get it signed form dental school? I have got my ece evaluated report long back. Do I still need to get it signed form registrar of the dental school I attended?

CAAPID is also accepting notorized copies of ECE and transcripts.

1. LOR matching form is to be sent to caapid, but it needs your sign only not ur professor's.just put the form n matching lor in one envelope and send it to them.
2. caapid accepts photocopy of ECE report

I have just sent my letters of evaluation, photocopy of my ECE report and transcript. that is all that is required by CAAPID. just photocopies, not even notarized and no degree certificates. they will update my application status in a day or 2, i'll let u know if they asked for something else.
plz p.m. me so that i remember to give u any information.

1)What I think is that NYU wants official score report sent to CAAPID so if we want to apply to NYU we should send Sealed ECE report.
2)And about degree certi. it is not mentioned anywhere.

I guess it is for our record purpose.And have you noticed how much money they want? 265$ for application and 72$/school.Moreover schools have their own fees too.. WTF

2)And about degree certi. it is not mentioned anywhere.

I guess you must have attached transcript matching form with your dental college's transcript.Where the thing is we only have to send ECE report attached with transcript matching form.They don't accept anything else other than LORs and ECE report...

If you have your ECE report you can send it with the transcript matching form.

Hey,

I just called up caapid....
All they need is:

1. upto 3 LOR's (simple copy would do) , if they are paper based, they need matching form attached to each of those
2. ECE report (simple copy would do), along with matching form attached to it. This matching form can be found next to the college listed in the uni. attended section. it is orange circle, just double click on that.

So total - 8 documents (3 +3 +1 +1)

No in transcript matching form you just have to mention your name and your sign.

i have put it under any other relevant information coz i could not think of where to put it. but i am sending the letter from the dentist i am observing with, to each university just to make sure that this information reaches them.
it is not a work experience, nor an externship.i wrote about my part time jobs in other work experience which are not dentistry related.

Newaz...do u have ne idea where to mention experience for dental camps attended....in public & community health care exp OR Other work exp......And also what bout the no of hours worked /week for dese camps as I ve been part of only one day camps which are conducted once or twice a year.....

do u ve ne idea how much time does caapid ppl take to process an application...
deadlines r approaching and my application is gettin delayed by each day...m lil scared,,,,,,,also wat shd b the ideal length of our personal statements.....

I have send my documents to CAAPID before 3 days.So I don't know how they are processing.But I guess their process must be fast than the schools.
And some schools want 1-2 pages of SoP so according to this 500 words should be enough.

any idea as to where to add the Certified dental assistant certificate and X-ray license?? Also i have 1-2 credits in MBA in healthcare management, do i need to add that and if so where??
