First : For me, I did it before all CAPPID procedure will be finished. I am still working on writing personal statement and waiting LORs. I think it should be OK to submit the online application first.

Second : I encountered the same problem before. I think you might make an account before IDDP Dentistry was put on the list of the Application Type like I did. Try to apply for "New" on Application menu, and you will be able to see the "IDDP Dentistry" on the Application type menu.

Third : Also for me, I already sent my supplemental documents because I think there is no harm in submitting them earlier, and I couldn't find no specific instruction regarding the order of sending them.

These all are my case. Any comment?

attach the lor matching form to each sealed lor's envelope via a staple. put all 3 lors in one bigger envelope and post to caapid.

I think you can send them if they are in closed envelopes.I did it this way,provided you should ask your evaluators to enclosed the matching form

How long does ADA take to send official score report to the the universities ? do they really take 3 weeks as its mentioned in the NBDE 1 guide ??? how about mailing time is it included in that period ???

what if i receive my NBDE 1 result by mid August, would I be able to send my application a program which deadline is Sep 1st ???

is it possible to ask for score reports to be sent to the programs at the same time they send one to me ???

since both go to different departments it takes a couple of days to update the status of either on of them...you can still call them and verify

They updated my transcript after 12 days but LOR only after 3-4 days.Same happened last year too. So I guess their Transcript processing dept. is really slow.
NO NEED TO CALL THEM IT HAPPENS WITH ALL.

I found the answer for my previous question.
On CAAPID application under professional experience click on "other relevant information",under that you will be able to write about all your CE credits.600 characters limited.

BU will send confirmation of receipt of all materials via email only. Infact, all their communications will be exclusively through Email.

U penn will send out confirmation via letter in post mail. They will also tick mark certain pending documents if they haven't recvd them ( most of the time it will be NBDE official score, TOEfl sore etc.)

I don't have any idea about UCSF.

In all cases, allow some time after you submit your CAAPID application. After CAAPID dispatches your application to the respective colleges, it then enters the school's individual application cycle.

As soon as your begin your CAAPID online application, you will be issued a unique CAAPID ID.

Use this ID for all future communication purposes. For safety, write your name, DENTPIN, and CAAPID Id on all documents you use for aplication purposes to CAAPID and the schools. In this way you make their work easier, and hence improve your chances of keeping your application updated.

Yes, if you are outside the US it will usually take a long time for you to recv the ECE reports at home. You interpreted my statement of sending everything together rightly. If you are willing to shell out some extra bucks, then ECE has an option of speeding up your application for a certain amount. If you are really eyeing a school deadline, then just send them what you have and order ECE to send a copy directly to CAAPID.

I can not generalize- but usually schools would be a little lenient about them not receiving one document by the deadline rather than not recing anything. Some schools will be extremely strict in this aspect. Good lluck for your application !

Hey Ece score report does not expire for abt 10 years I guess.it probably should be a recent copy request but u don't have to redo it.I sent an official copy of the report done earlier and my status was updated.

ECE report doesn't have expiration date, unless they change the evaluation process so that would change your score.👍

I asked them by E-mail but haven't got any reply! You can see under application status ''Mailing date'' of your CAAPID application. Even after that mailing date it wasn't received by Lomalinda so I guess after scanning and printout they are sending it by postal mail!! If any one knows pls reply. I got to know they process our application on every Thursday.
