CAAPID recommendation letter!

Hi friends!

I have an important question about the recommendation letter.
The Dean of my dental school refused to give me a letter of recommendation. So, i asked 3 different people if they could write me a letter, which they did and they already uploaded them in CAAPID.
Finally, the Dean is willing to write it for me, but i reached the max of letters in CAAPID and i can't delete any of them that is not so important.
I also called CAAPID costumer service and they told me that they can't do anything about it.
So, what are my options now?
I know that I could upload them myself in the application under documents, but I'm not sure if the Universities even accept them.
Any help is appreciated.

I believe you can change the sources of the evaluation yourself on the ADEA-CAAPID application. just try it again before finally sending the application to CAAPID.
