I like the location of Cal-Med and WesternU in South Cali, but I like my future psychiatry residency better!

I think definitely go to Cal-Med or Albany over Western
Albany will probably give you a more refined education/training since they've been around forever, but you'd have to weigh that against location preference. They also have a good match list.

Maybe see if CalMed has a second-look day or equivalent to talk to more medical students to see what lingering concerns they may have with their training.
