Is it looked down upon to graduate from a Cal State vs UC? How many people here are in pharmacy school that graduated from a CAL STATE?

Imo, Cal state is harder because people who have like 3.9 will only show up as 3.0. I have most B+ but my average is only 3.0 because of the grading system. 🙁

cysta - forgive me......I did one of my first "advisor" functions...I tried to merge your two threads & I think I closed one....so sorry. They were duplicates, which I didn't think you wanted.

However...no....I can only speak for UC pharmacy schools. They don't look "down" on any prerequisites taken at a CSU or UC. However...you must take the most difficult set of courses presented to you. They want to see how you perform on the most difficult course set which you might be given. Then you are on a level playing field.

Good luck & remember....you must be a well-rounded candidate. If going to a CSU makes you that - do it.
