A prescription calls for 40 mcg/ml of Leukine in 0.9% NaCl. How many mL of Leaukine 500 mcg/mL should be diluted with 250 mL of NS?

if neglecting the volume of Leaukine stock soln, do it this way: 250ml*4omcg/ml=X*500mcg/ml
if considering the volume of Leaukin stock, do it this way: (250+X)*40mcg/ml=X*500mcg/ml
