Hello there-

I attend a midwest undergraduate institution that does not have (-) grades.

There is A, B+, C, C+, etc.

How does this affect the calculation of my GPA?
I have tried to use this GPA calculator:
http://www.iastate.edu/~registrar/gpa-calc/gpaCalculator.html

But, it does not represent the same number of quality points that my school's unnoficial transcript says I should have for some classes.

How do I figure this out?

Thanks much.

I'll send you an excel version of a very good GPA calculator

second sheet has tables
you can modify or add a new table and make the first sheet use the new table to calculate your quality points and GPA

The amcas application should have taken care of this. They mark it as as an a/b or something like that and give you a 3.5 which is what I am assuming a b+ is.
