So here's how I've tried calculating the kcal of one ATP:
(1 mol glucose/32 mol ATP)(180. g/mol glucose)(4 kcal/g glucose) = 22.5 kcal/mol ATP
The real answer is 7.3 kcal/mol ATP. What am I doing wrong?
