Calculating Science GPA

I am working on calculating my science GPA. I have a few questions. I would appreciate any help!

Are Nutritional Science classes (medical nutrition therapy, ethnic influences on nutrition) included?

Are Human bio classes such as epidemiology and science & religion included?

If I retake a class, is the first grade included?

Is an EMT Basic class included?

For DO, only retake grade included. For MD, both classes taken into account and averaged.
