I'm just wondering cause I read that on the pcat you are not allowed to use a caluclator so how about all those chem questions involving stochiometry and decimal calculations or is just about knowing the concepts and equations and only simple calculations required and also for the math section!

please if anybody can clarify

Actual calculations aren't too bad or too much time consuming. I finished both the math and chemistry sections on time.
 
Long division is your friend. Become re-aquainted with it. :laugh:

Math without a calculator sucks. Start doing drills now.
 
It really isn't as bad as it seems. The calculations can be done by hand.
 
I agree with DHG - practice long division and multiplying decimals... you'd be surprised how rusty and slow you get after being calculator-dependent for so long! As for the stoichiometry stuff, I don't remember there being too many questions, but they worked out to whole numbers so it wasn't a big deal.
