You don't need calculus for MCAT.

None. You need zero understanding of calc. As long as you can do basic arithmetic and manipulate fractions you're gold.

There's no benefit to having any calculus based knowledge to score a 45 on the MCAT. Don't argue. You're wrong.

I took three semesters of calculus. There is no f ucking calc on that test.

Wrong. Calculus deals with rates of change, and there clearly are many concepts tested on the MCAT that deal with rates of change. Calculus will give you problem solving intuition on questions and concepts that deal with rates. You don't NEED calculus on any problem. But it is definitely useful in many situations. Particularly in interpreting graphs. Most graph interpretation questions I've seen are basic calculus.
