California Clinical Licensure Examination

Hi!
Can anyone advice me how to find patients for Clinical Exam for California?
I know the expensive way to find patients.I don't live in California
I live in Chicago and I'm eligibile for Calif Licensure. I'm a foreign dentist and I 'm not allowed to work as a dentist so I work as a dental assistant and is very hard to save a lot of money to pay for patients.Does anyone know a cheaper way?
I intend to take my Licensure Examination next year at USC Los Angeles!!!

The Califorina Bench exam is no longer available to take after Jan. 2004, unless you have taken National Board PI and II before Dec. 2003. How do you plan to take the exam?

Do you know of any changes to the Cali Clinical Board for either 2004 or 2005, for instance the use of mannikins?
