California Dental Board Policies

Does anybody know, if its a policy if California dental board that a candidate cannot take RT Exam (bench exam) consequectively if he/she fails to completely pass the first exam. For example, if a candidate fails to completely pass the exam in Aug 2003 , he/she will not be allowed to take the next exam in Oct 2003.
