Got it couple weeks ago after 7.5 months. I sent in the wrong L4 form and had my internship do instead of my residency program. If it's been awhile, just followup with the program to make sure they send it in. Ask for copies for your record. Send in the full payment together with the application.

Application was submitted in its entirety on Jan 29th.

First contact from the board was July 3rd. Sent in the remainder of the fee and a supporting document on the 6th. License issued on the 31st.

I'm about to submit my CA license application (middle of my intern year, just passed step 3). What's the deal with the "public" address? I don't want my home address posted all of the internet...
