This is a fairly specific question.
I am applying for the California License via mail since I am out of state in Ohio. Their Notary form appears to require "State of California" Notary.. does that mean that I need to go to California for this?? or can we use any State Notary and scratch out the "State of California" portion? Been trying to contact OMBC without success. Appreciate the help.
