How accepting are California schools for out of state residents?

This might get better response in the pre-PT forum. But, according to the websites, the private universities like Chapman, USC, St. Augustine do not give in-state preferences. The other universities in the California State and University of CA system may give some preference to in-state, but I would check with each individual program you are interested in.

The California state schools are resident biased, as are many state programs.
