"schools..." now don't hold thy breath, "in california" lol...what do you want, there are always cases ppl getting into any school regardless their state residency. I would only assume that schools along west coast would be more cal friendly simply b/c more chances for you to remain and practice there. So unless the schools specifically stated that they are in-state preferred, then its all potential california friendly.
