Applying to private DO schools would be your best bet

most of the private DO schools are friendly! some have in state or in region preference, but no insane in-state bias from what i've seen

Ok State
ACOM
KCOM (Kirksville)
KCU
Campbell
Touro NV
LECOM
AZCOM (high tuition FYI)
