Can anyone speak to the "typical" call schedule for PGY-2 neuro residents. One of the programs I'm very intested in (Columbia), lists a Q4 24+ hour schedule, which seems rough. Do the schedules vary widely (looking at NYU's, which seems much lighter, I think they do) or is this more the norm?
