Well, there's something screwy going in there because there have been subs available for days :shrug: I offered to sub for em before she ended up dead and there are at least two others in the wings.

I get that it's annoying which is why I don't encourage twisting people's arms to play, but as we have seen wolves can be just as busy as villagers. Do you have something you want to point out that indicates that I should be reading you village? Because I did say you're either off your game or wolfing, and you don't seem to like either designation, so to me that means that there must be some aspect of obvious village play that I'm missing.

Worst of this group is Nav
He can fall in with either corner piece
Even if I lock in Nav then my options are
Ship out genny/miz/nav as the team
Or struggle to figure out how the hell nav/dubz works with a third member

The current state of the village isn't looking good

I think you missed the point
I'm justifying why I'm starting off my worldbuilding attempts with either dubz or miz/genny
Because I don't see a world where that list has all the wolves
 
Player substitutions is a moderator decision taking into account circumstances which players typically do not have full insight into.

Consider this a reminder to all players to stay focused on the elements of this game which are under your control.

I've predominantly played mafia with 9 minute day phases for two years
I understand the need for real time questioning because that's what I've mainly worked with
I also happen to understand the fallacy of saying "it's just a reaction test"
Because people who say that don't actually know what they're looking for
The frightening thing is I'm used to that being NAI for the question asker because the play level is just not that high
However my homesite is a Pokemon battle simulator and is thus full of 12 year olds
So my expectations for you lot in terms of meaningful questions might be a tad bit higher
 
So when people are gauging reactions
I well and truly expect each question to have meaning and intent
Because you end up putting a lot of stock into those answers
None of these questions have meaning nor intent, Dubz

If you're just gonna be an ass and equate my play to a 12 year old then I can definitely understand why coop subbed out. I wanted to get a feel for your responses and thought process in real time. Not what I consider a reaction test.

I'm out of the house for the next 4 ish hours
I'll try and check in from where I'm heading to
But the plan is try and continue my worldbuilding attempts seeing that the game needs to be solved all in one go

Comparing is more like it
The key takeaway is that your questions are largely empty and I don't like it

Players shouldn't be allowed to mention wanting a sub on thread then, because I've seen wolves do that before to try to skate by, which is why I asked.

Anyway, won't mention it again.

If you wanted to say I was Wolfy only for it then that’s fine. I am getting annoyed for being called off my game because that’s the one that is actually relevant to me. So it’s not about obvious villager play.

But AM was off this game, and I feel like you can pick up on that as well. So I will stand by that vote again and again. If I can pick up on someone being off their game in brief read throughs, it should be quite obvious to others.

I will be real that I don’t even know who I ended up voting for on most of the days, still at a hotel in Kansas City with no computer because of how late Miz’s flight came in last night. I am still happy with my genny vote from yesterday based off of information available at that time. I am conflicted currently. You aren’t this audacious as a wolf. So unless you developed a new look while over at MU, I am conflicted in voting my top wolf group.

As an aside, it seems like you actually had the time this game to play, so why in the world didn’t you just play? It’s frustrating when the spectators have more time then the players and don’t play because they don’t have time.

You're saying you're off your game because you're busy? Ok, that's fine. We all get busy. I'm still trying to decide if it's just that or if you're wolfing. I'm more sure about genny currently, hence my vote.

AM was definitely playing off but to me it read like she wanted to be lynched. Her posts didn't feel like wolf AM they felt like her trying to die. Which everyone was happy to play right into. I'm not actually sure why she was rezzed tbh, because she so clearly had wanted to be dead. Better to save that for someone who wanted to play. But anyway.

I didn't have time to play when it started. I said that in sign ups. My family was here until Wednesday morning and I had a few projects to work on for school at the same time.

Okay, you are saying that about AM but:

AM hates wolfing. The only time that I expect AM to have intentions of wanting to die is wen they are a wolf. Generally they value being a villager, so I have no clue why they would try to bait their own death as a villager. I get that hindsight is 20/20 in that regard, but I still have literally 0 explanation for why that went down.

What I am finding really interesting is that you keep saying my play is bad but keep supporting my conclusions. The only stuff that you are honestly finding bad about my play is the suspicions over the person that you subbed in for.

I will go back and do a reread when I am home and see if I missed this super obvious thing that apparently everyone could see. But I am also wondering how much of that is coming into a subbed position knowing you are a villager/wolf.

Won’t be for at least 2 and a half hours, miz already went back to sleep after breakfast

It was related to last game and I think she just didn't really want to play again, but did so the game would have enough players. That's probably getting angleshooty though. In any case she doesn't like wolfing but she also doesn't actively try to get herself lynched D1 when she's wolfing. Otherwise she wouldn't have won so many times lol

I didn't support your conclusion about sporty or miz either. Don't really support your conclusion about FTF. The only thing we agreed on that I can see is that Genny and moose are suspects but that's pretty easy when if you take your groupings together you named all but two players. So I'm assuming you're reading MsP as village, but I'm not sure why (I may have missed it/forgotten) and if she's your only village read that's a little disappointing, even if we do agree on that too.

Of course I'm talking from a position knowing I'm village.

You are doing flat reads then, where you are weighing one individuals chance of being a wolf, while at the same time asking for everyone to do their groups, which is the correct approach. Your views on one individual does not matter at endgame/lylo/whatever we are at at this moment. You go with compatible groups and form the most coherent group you can out of that. So I have 4 village reads and 4 villager reads outside of myself at the moment, I just haven’t decided which way I am going. Hence my discussions with you this morning, and mildly with FTF. I have sporty on my village list as well at this point, as her reactions towards FTF have more of skeptical village feel. I am waiting to see where you, genny, miz, moose, and FTF all fall with their votes before committing to one or the other.

Also miz is apparently your pm partner per your previous comments, so you may also be just a tad biased when it comes to miz.

@Animal Midwife after this game, what’s your win % as an original wolf. I would have guessed it’s under 50% but we shall see. (Bonus: how many of those did you make it to endgame?)

Why not both? It just so happens my individual reads agree with my group read, because I form individual reads while having consideration for how they would fit in a group, especially at this stage when there are so many interactions to look at. And then I go with my strongest read out of the grouping. I'm not going to form a group that has my village reads in it without strong reason to do so...that's disregarding macroreads for microreads, which doesn't usually work out well for me.
 
so FYI FTF and I also had a one-time protection we could use on ourselves or someone else, either N4 or N5. Was going to protect capri but she was ded by that point.

I’d be interested in hearing if anyone got protection notification and on which night, before I or FTF do the same

I am not, I am reading her interactions associated with you as being tied to you. I didn’t have coop as Wolfy until her “interpretation” of insider info that for me wasn’t on the thread yet. I will go back and reread to see if I was having an obtuse moment, but I doubt it. Especially with how strong the conviction was when coopah was asserting it, it’s probably what bothered me the most. So it doesn’t matter if I have stronger feels for genny and moose over you and miz. The slip up of insider info would trump that.

I posted the progression of quotes a little bit ago. If wasn't insider info, sporty and FTF all but said it on thread.

You know me better than this. I would NOT do something that blatant as a wolf and I mentioned that yesterday. Why in the hell would I draw that much attention to myself over something like that?

I do agree with this logic and that was largely my reasoning for voting her as well. When I wolfed with her a while back she was EXTREMELY apathetic in a way that was a bit consistent with this game. Your logic involving me is **** but this I do agree with.

Like regardless if you're building whole worlds or not
Unless you have somewhere to start it shows a lack of perspective
 
However if the first flips village then I'm more inclined to think dubz flips wolf
 
I really think we should be lynching genny more than anything else. But I don't see her and miz as a wolfing pair. Their interactions with coop make no sense from that perspective.
