A question of morals. Can a gynecologist ethically reject a patient, say if he thinks her cooter will be nasty and it will hinder his ability to perform an open and honest diagnosis, can he say 'sorry miss, gotta send you home'?

any physician can reject any patient for any reason, except of course in the case of an emergency.
