1) Generally no. AMCAS states all LOR must go through the AMCAS portal
2) You don't. That's why no one cares about updates
3) No. It must be accepted and published.

I don’t think submitting a paper is worthy of an update! Lots of stuff gets submitted and then rejected etc!

I have no idea what you mean by “ proof of activuty”.

And I don’t know about a late LOR or how it would be viewed!
