My brother was diagnosed with ADHD at age 23. He is now 28 and has been off his medication for 6 month and appears completely normal. He no longer yells when he talks, fidgets around, and can focus/concentrate quite well. I'm thinking that maybe he somehow got out of the rut he was in and now no longer has ADHD. Is this possible or is the general consensus that Adult ADHD is permanent true?
