65yr old male 5'9" 240 lbs b/p 120/100; lost filling in back tooth
med. hist. last sawe dr. 2 yrs ago; father died of heart attack at age 52

drugshistory: diuretics for high B.P
statin for high cholestrol
low dose asprin

married, grown children retired construction foreman

Question:
pt needs immediate reffral 2 dr. for
options
1.wt control
2 smokin cessation
3. stress mamgement
4. uncontrolled diabetes
5. nutirtional counselling

Its a small booklet which comes with new dental decks... 10 case scenarios and 10 questions on each....so answers are at the back and smoking cessation is whats been marked in that.
 
hello
i was thinking the answer should be stress management because the patient is going to have an operative procedure and she has high blood pressure..
