This kind of question cannot be answered here on this forum as it is both against the forum rules and also because there is not enough information in your case and you would need to consult your doctor to get the proper answers. Get your explanation from the doctor [in this case because this individual is controlling your prescription based on your vision system and its needs; and you seem uncertain], not your optician. Shouldn't be a hard thing to do.
