Can FP label himself as Obstetrician

If did an ob fellowship and wants to do ob practice only?

I say no. An obstetrician is someone who has completed an Ob/Gyn residency. He could perhaps call himself a "FP specializing in obstetrics" or something to that effect, but I think he would be misrepresenting himself if he called himself an obstetrician.
