Can I apply as economically disadvantaged?

I immigrated to the US with my parents when I was 6 years old and when we first came I was on the schools free lunch program. The school took me off after 3 years and put me on reduced lunch program and then just stopped giving me free or reduced price lunches, but i was wondering if that would be considered disadvantaged.
