Your GRE scores should be fine, along with your GPA and academic background. To get into the schools like Hopkins, Harvard, UNC, UCLA, Columbia - any of the 'top programs' - you'll need to focus on getting awesome recommendations and building up your prior experience.

Most of these schools are dealing with students who have stellar scores and what I've come to learn is that they focus on experience outside of the classroom to flesh out their candidates. Make sure to emphasize:

a) what you've done (Uganda, health clinic, etc) that demonstrates your interest in, and knowledge of, PH
b) why those experiences plus an education at school X will help you acheive your future goals
c) what your interests and goals actually are

Everyone on here who was admitted to a MPH/MHS/MS program last cycle will tell you how you convey your PH-related experiences and interest and your personal statement are the most important components of your application.

There really isn't a perfect combination of scores and experiences; it really comes down to how well you articulate your interest in PH and your reasons for applying.

I think your stats look pretty good. Why not look at Emory's program? Since your undergrad degree is there it might be a good fit for you. St. Louis University is where I went and I think your stats would be well looked upon here as well. I did my degree in behavioral science and health education (community health focused).
