Can i get some info on specializing in feline practice?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I worked in a feline only practice for 3 years. The owner has been practicing for 25+ years now. The links above are helpful for the "official documentation." I would have to agree that there isn't one school where you are going to magically become an expert on cats. Just about anywhere you choose to go will give you the skills, but it's up to you to fine tune them and get the experiences (feline clubs, symposiums, etc.). Also, it is definitely my opinion that not everyone is meant to work with cats (not saying that's you, just a general statement from my own experiences!). They are such unique creatures and require a lot of experience with them before really understanding them. Good luck! 👍

Here's an older thread on the topic, but I personally have no other knowledge on the subject besides that. 🙂

official documentation is required (legally) to call yourself a specialist, but other than that, meh.
