[vampyrica]

Yes! It's a similar game to Town of Salem. Forum based obviously.

This game specifically is a practice game for a championship event hosted on another site that brings together players from many communities that run mafia games across the interwebs.

I love TOS! Wish it didnt die off as hard as it did. Getting matched into lobbies takes a good 20 minutes now-a-days.

If it's just a practice game, I'd love to play!

That’s how we used to recruit for the annual noob game lol. It worked.

Used to? Not anymore? 🥺

This is also how I got hooked. Idk who even tagged me, someone just said hey let’s go over to the human med forum and pull some random active folks.

And here I am.

Yours was the last noob game that ran. We attempted a 2023 sign up but recruitment efforts were low because everyone was busy, and there was no attempt for 2024.

[madrigal01]

I think @madrigal01 should join the team, tbh.

At least, I think that's the username I saw before the post disappeared. If it was not yours, please accept my apologies and join us anyway

Dang you caught me, just felt dumb since I immediately saw the rules after I posted lol. Honestly I'm down but I get it if not lmao

[supershorty]

If we get enough noobs interested, we could probably make a noob game come back. I know I'd be able to mod something in the 2 weeks between ending this job and starting my new one...

I can be a noob again. It’s been so long since I played I forgot how.

I don’t believe I have ever played, despite what my signature claims.

Oh thank god, was thinking about coming out of retirement there to make it run before AM’s game

It always gives me warm fuzzy feelings knowing just how much y'all care about me to make sacrifices like that.

[chicandtoughness]

What a lineup 🥹 This is gonna be fun to watch 🥰

[potentialsheltervet]

I'm so ready!

[WildZoo]

I'm going to try my best to have roles out sometime tomorrow morning but I'm not gonna make any promises, don't want to tempt the universe

I’m sad I can’t call chic a donut again. We bonded in that moment.

[supershorty]

Reminder for the whole game that Jay still owes us a picture of him in a crop top.

I'd just like to remind everyone that @JaggedJimmyJay has an unpaid debt left over from the days of StardeWW 2.

[WildZoo]

Just as a note, there have been some modifications to the setup since it was first revealed, so I am posting those here and updating the first post in this thread. This info (in addition to more details) will also be at the start of the game thread and can be found in the champs general thread on MU here.

SETUP: Wolf Cube
x9 Vanilla Town
x1 Town Tracker
x1 Town Doctor | Even Cycle | Hidden Modifier on Flip
x1 Town Doctor | Odd Cycle | Hidden Modifier on Flip

x1 Mafia Jack of All Trades (x1 Track, x2 Roleblocker) | Ninja x1 | Alignment Flip Only
x1 Mafia Jack of All Trades (x1 Motion Detector, x2 Roleblocker) | Strongman x1 | Alignment Flip Only
x1 Mafia Jack of All Trades (x1 Vigilante, x1 Role Cop, x1 Watcher) | Cycle 2+ | Alignment Flip Only

Important Notes

• Mafia flips only show the alignment of the Mafia player, whereas Town flips usually show the full role of the Town player. The only exceptions are Town Doctors, who will only flip as Town Doctor and their modifier (Odd Cycle or Even Cycle) will not flip - see the last bullet point.
• Mafia JOAT abilities do not cycle after they are used (they only get the stated ability uses).
• Mafia can target Mafia with all role actions except the factional kill
• Hidden Modifier stops the role's modifier from being revealed upon death and to investigatives - ex. Town Doctors will only flip as Town Doctor, so it will not be publicly revealed whether the role was Odd Cycle or Even Cycle

[WildZoo]

Rolls are baking and will be sent out in the next couple of hours 🙂

[WildZoo]

All role PMs have been sent

If you did not receive one, it simply means I hate you I have forgotten how to mod. Please notify us privately if that has occurred!
The game thread will be posted sometime in the next few hours. Again, here is the link to the champs general thread on MU, which will have the same introductory information.

The game thread will be locked when it is first posted. It will open at 9pm EST!

Thereafter, I was tagged (ummm ... change that to happily tormented!) by the rest of the vettie WW crew!
