Can I put this down as shadowing?

Hi all,

I only have about 50 hours of shadowing so I was wondering if I could put this down as shadowing on my app. In high school I was part of this program at my local hospital where every week a different doctor would come and talk/give a presentation about what he did and then after that we would take a tour of his work place and he'd show us the machines/tools he would use etc etc. We saw a geneticist, 2 ob/gyns, an oncologist, a radiologist, and a cardiologist to name a few.

Does stuff you do in high school, even if it was senior year and a little bit of summer after senior year not count?

You can list it but since it was in high school and was not continued it will not hold a terribly large amount of merit.
